wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass wir ab sofort in unserer Praxis Diabetes- und Hypertonieschulungen anbieten.

Diese Schulungen richten sich an alle, die mehr über den Umgang mit Diabetes oder Hypertonie im Alltag erfahren und ihre Gesundheit aktiv unterstützen möchten.

Unsere Schulungszeiten
Montag: 13:00 – 14:30 Uhr | Typ 2 Diabetiker (ohne Insulin)
Dienstag: 13:00 – 14:30 Uhr | Typ 2 Diabetiker (ohne Insulin)
Freitag: 11:00 – 12:30 Uhr | Typ 2 Diabetiker (ohne Insulin)

Liebe Patientinnen, liebe Patienten, im Hausarztzentrum Eigen betreuen Sie Fachärztinnen für Allgemeinmedizin. Wir stehen für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten werktags von Montag bis Freitag in der Gladbecker Straße 212 in Bottrop-Eigen bereit. Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit ist die hausärztliche Versorgung bei akuten und chronischen Krankheiten. Besonders wichtig ist uns die Prävention von chronischen Erkrankungen und deren frühzeitiges Erkennen durch Vorsorgeuntersuchungen, Impfungen und Check-ups. Unsere Praxis bietet Ihnen alle hausärztlichen Untersuchungs- und Betreuungsleistungen. Zudem bieten wir die Hausarztprogramme Ihrer Versicherungen an. As GPs, we see ourselves as your guide through the increasingly complex healthcare system in Germany. We are available to you digitally via our website (e.g. via video consultation or online prescription ordering), as well as on site in the practice. We are your first point of contact for all matters, especially for chronic illnesses. We coordinate your treatment with specialists and hospitals. This gives us a comprehensive overview of your medical history and we decide together with you, for example, on the initiation of rehabilitation or preventive measures. As your central, regular point of contact for health issues, our aim is to provide you with ongoing advice and take preventative measures. In this way, we can alleviate or even completely prevent ailment.
Yes, as a new patient you are welcome to make an appointment by telephone or via Doctolib. During your first appointment, we will take plenty of time to assess your medical history and current condition. Please take a printout of your findings from other doctors with you or upload them to Doctolib before your visit.
Yes, but only as an existing patient and under certain conditions. An initial sick note for up to 5 calendar days can be issued after a medical history has been taken by telephone. Please note that there must be no serious symptoms. However, you must always come to the practice for an extension of the sick note. Please note that your doctor can also refuse a sick note or ask you to come to the practice if necessary.
